Do I need to be advanced or already lean?
No. Coaching is built around where you are now, whether you're starting out, getting back into it, or an experienced lifter who has stalled. The plan meets your level and progresses from there.
Is this only for physique and bodybuilding?
No. The same system works for fat loss, building muscle, getting stronger, and general health and wellness. We set the plan to your goal. Bloodwork-led coaching is an option, not a requirement.
Do I need a gym?
A gym helps, but training plans are written around the equipment you actually have, including home setups. The program is 100% online, so you train wherever you are.
How does pricing work?
Coaching is a complete program built around your goals. Your exact pricing is shared on your free fit-check, so it fits where you're starting and what you want. Applying costs nothing and there's no obligation.
How does the bloodwork part work?
It's optional. If you want the edge, biomarkers show what your training, food, sleep, and stress are doing inside, so adjustments are based on evidence. Read more about bloodwork-led coaching.
