How GRO Physique handles the information you share with us.
Last updated: June 24, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information GRO Physique ("we", "us") collects through grophysiques.com and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the fit-check / application form, that includes:
- Your name and email address
- Your stated goal, training experience, and what you tell us about your situation
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To review your application and determine whether coaching is a fit
- To reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver coaching
- To improve our services
We do not sell your personal information.
How it's handled
This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify's form service so we can receive and respond to them. Their handling of that data is governed by Netlify's own privacy terms. We retain submissions only as long as needed to respond and run the coaching relationship.
Cookies & analytics
The site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them and provide any required choices.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email cody@grophysiques.com and we'll take care of it.
