Privacy Policy
How GRO Physiques handles the information you share with us.
Last updated: September 23, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information GRO Physiques ("we", "us") collects through grophysiques.com and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you email Cody or start coaching, that can include:
- Your name and email address
- Your stated goal, training experience, and what you tell us about your situation
- If you are a coaching client: the check-in information you send Cody, which can include body weight, measurements, sleep, steps, adherence, how you are feeling, and any progress photos you choose to share
Coaching records and progress photos. Cody keeps your coaching records, including any progress photos you send, privately and uses them only to coach you. Sending progress photos is entirely optional and coaching works without them. You can ask Cody to delete your photos or your whole coaching record at any time, and we will remove them.
Payments for coaching are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout pages; we never see or store your card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We do not sell your personal information.
How it's handled
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) in order to serve the site. Their handling of that data is governed by Netlify's own privacy terms. There are no forms on this site; the only way to send us information is by email.
Cookies & advertising
This site uses the Meta pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets a cookie in your browser and tells Meta which pages you viewed on this site and whether you started or completed a coaching purchase. We use it to understand which of our ads lead to enquiries and sales, and to show ads to people who have visited the site.
The pixel in your browser does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a form.
When you buy coaching, payment is handled by Stripe. As you click through to Stripe's checkout, this site records the type of browser you are using, your IP address and, if the Meta pixel has set them, its cookie identifiers, and tells Meta from our server that a checkout has started, with those details. If you complete the purchase, we send Meta a record of that sale directly from our server: the amount, the currency, those browser details, and your email address, name, phone number and billing city, region, postal code and country. The browser details are sent as they are, because Meta requires them in that form; everything else is converted into an irreversible code (hashed) before it leaves us. Meta uses this only to match the sale to an ad you may have seen. The browser details are deleted once the sale has been reported, or within about a week if you do not complete the purchase. Your card details are never shared. Meta's handling of the data it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
You can limit this in your own browser settings by blocking third-party cookies, or through your Meta account's ad preferences. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use the site or to buy coaching. We do not use any other analytics or advertising tools, and if that changes we will update this policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email cody@grophysiques.com and we'll take care of it.
